TERRORISM: Throw Away The Key?

Personally, I think the Death Penalty should be applied to all acts of Terrorism! An individual who thinks it's glorious to kill strangers off guard, is too far gone for society to handle.
Imagine, one minute your shopping, the next minute, you're fatally injured, by someone you have never met and had no connection or quarrel with.
The UK can't sentence people to death (yet). Even though, there are many who deserve a fate worse than death festering away in our prisons.
As it stands, should we ever release these creatures?
