Naloxone for all
Drug deaths in Scotland are among the highest in Europe. The death rate has soared to record numbers recently, increasing every year for the past 7 years (1,339 in 2020). All under the reign of the SNP.

Now, the SNP and the Scottish Drug Forum (SDF) have teamed in a campaign urging members of the public to carry Naloxone, a drug that can reverse the effects of an over dose.
The campaign has been going for over a month. I missed it. However, they have taken to the airwaves and are now promoting the campaign over the radio, encouraging normal everyday people to carry Naloxone if they are likely to stumble across a drug addict who maybe overdosing.
To me, that screams crisis and it's embarrassing. The SNP want to be independent. But, they can't handle a domestic home grown drug affair. This is one failure they cannot spin on Westminster and must take full responsibility for.
