Hate Crimes

Hate Crimes against minorities are apparently on the rise. But, what is a hate crime and how is it dealt with?

The legislation states, it's a "criminal offence which is perceived by the victim or any other person, to be motivated by hostility or prejudice" ....

The word PERCEIVED, is important. As what constitutes a crime, is based on an individual's perception.

The legislation also states, that "there is no legal definition of hostility" ...

Which is incredible. So, a Hate Crime, is based on the perception of an individual.

You can literally, make it up as you go along, and move the goal posts to suit your agenda on a case by case basis.

We cannot and should not have legislation, that enforces an individual's hurt feelings. No wonder the stats are up!

Hate Speech Laws need rewritten or scrapped. If not, we're all guilty!
